How to use Memories in Photos for iOS 10

Ever noticed that the Photos app keeps duplicating or recreating Memories for after a few days/weeks? Now when I go to the photos app and try to remove one of those duplicated memories it will crash out and close the Photos app. When I go back again to the app the memory is gone, but not the best experience to be forced out of the app when removing memories.
