Rogers has confirmed it is dropping Cuba from its international "Roam Like Home" package after demand overwhelmed its partner network in the country.

I've heard from many friends how much of a nightmare it is trying to get internet access in Cuba. Speeds are really slow and there are people crammed into wifi zones to get access to the Internet.
