EFF, ACLU and Access Now join forces to back Apple in encryption fight

Bravo!!! This eroding of rights needs to stop. I know there are those that say Apple should help the fight against terrorism but, My rights have a value. To others my rights have no value. I suspect that's why some people are so willing to give them up. If you want to abandon the rights that have been paid for in blood, your choice. Dont give up mine. I value them too much to have you simply not care. The real problem here is not the phone. The problem is the inability to stop these acts before they start. San Bernadino was preventable, Boston was preventable, 9/11 was preventable. We have the info and fail to act. Fix that! Then you can talk to me about taking away my rights. I still wont let you but you can have a conversation about it.
