What are your thoughts? Should search and seizure cover decypting your data? Should a judge be able to order your data made readable once they prove probable cause?

The real question should be what happens once the government's key to the backdoor is leaked? Because it will happen sooner or later, and hackers will get their hands on the key, and then everyone, and with the key it'll be easy as a pie to read everyone's data, as easy as reading a DVD.

Like with the phone company, why would Government have the key? Wouldn't the courts have to subpoena companies with the key, in this case Apple? That's how it currently works with phone records.
