Apple Maps now being used three times more than Google Maps on iPhones

Apple has managed to turn things around for its in-house Maps client, which is now being used three times more than Google Maps on iPhones in the U.S. Maps now serves 5 billion requests every week.

Perhaps because, by default, the iPhone is not set up for Google Maps.

I use both but I like google maps for the turn routes show how many turning lanes there are.
