Apple to pay $4.2 million to L.A. school district over failed iPad program

The L.A. Unified School District has reached a settlement agreement with Apple, which will see the company pay them $4.2 million over a failed program to give iPads to students and teachers across the district.

Apple didn't fail here - the educrats did.

Yes but for arguments sake, they failed with iPads. Others could argue that they may have had different results with other systems.

It does appear here to be a failure of the curriculum.
