An LGBT equality group in the Southern U.S. has picked up an important backer today: Tim Cook. Human Rights Campaign (HRC), which runs the Project One America initiative that fights for LGBT equality in Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississippi, announced today that the Apple CEO has made a "generous personal financial investment in the program."
