Apple's Metal API could help bring Battlefield 4 to the iPad

Electronic Arts's Frostbite game graphics engine team have been working to get at least part of their hit first-person shooter Battlefield 4 running on an iPad in an internal tech demo, but it may be a long time, if ever, before the full game is released for iOS devices.
