There's a new app, maybe you've heard of it, Yo. No, seriously, that's the name of the app, Yo. As in, "Yo dawg." Yo does one thing, and one thing only: it sends a contact a notification of "Yo." No message attached to that, no images, no context, just "Yo from RENERITCHIE". It took eight hours to code, and yet somehow it's sweeping the globe in monosyllabic fashion, and even more inexplicably has raised a million dollars in funding to do? what? Hell if we know.

Where did they use profanity any other way that if we used that word just more astericks would show. No big deal.

It could NOT be "furk", and we all know what it is. It?s a shame that we have to be exposed to this crap. So much for family friendly site.

It seems that I lose respect for this place every time I visit anymore.

I was just trying to joke around to lighten up the mood. I'm sorry.

It says in the rules that using special characters to get around the filters will result in an infraction. And I have an infraction for using the very word, in the exact way it was used in the title. I'm going to be shooting @James Falconer an email about this issue. This is the second inconsistency I've witnessed since I joined iMore not too long ago. The first being the iMore news team posting how to get porn.
