I agree and I like 7.0.4 so well that I WILL hold off.

Weird. I am in the UK, my iPhone 5s was bought directly from O2 (My UK carrier), and iTunes has offered me the v7.0.5 update?

If it's not a model purchased in Asia-Pacific, UK or Europe - there's no update for you.
