iMessage login loop

Hi I have read about this its all over the Internet but not recently I have various iPad mini 3's fathers daughters and mine also I have an iPad mini 2 the iPad mini 3's WONT log into iMessage and FaceTime with a recently created Apple ID but they will work with an older I'd I am in touch with Apple about this issue and they say they are aware of new users not being able to log into the iPad mini 3's as new users I have done all the usual tricks to try and solve this but the iPads work fine with older accounts so I'm thinking it's an Apple servers issue my question is are other people having issues also all Apple could say is use Skype and other messaging services that are available for free downloads thanks Adam :crying:

Hi that was quick will take a look but was on the phone for over an hour on Saturday with a senior person and have been googling since Friday oh the iPad is 4 days old but this seems to be affecting far more than just my few and only with new ids ��

I am also having the same thing with FaceTime. I can't get into it in settings or in the app. Please can you help me too?
