iMessage Works On iPhone But Fails To Connect On iPad

iMessage works on iPhone but fails to connect on iPad - posted for the help of new members that might have a similar issue.

If you know the answer please help.

Of course make sure of the obvious that you have iMessage turned on and you have to have it set up with the same info as your phone or it won't connect. Good luck if you encounter this problem.

Make sure both devices are using the same Apple ID as well as using phone number or email address....


I keep all my devices set to my number, receiving and starting conversation.. Makes it much easier.
