Next week I'll get my very first iMac (I have absolutely no experience with OSX), and I have a an urgent question;
I'm planning to keep using Windows every now and then, in case certain apps don't run on OSX...
One of the main reasons I'm switching to OSX, is that I had many many issues with stability under Windows over the years.
Windows seem to crash sometimes, and it happened a few times that my complete bootsector was ruined.
- So now my question is; what happens if I run Boot Camp, and install both OSX and Windows, and the Windows bootsector gets ruined?
Will that affect my OSX installation as well??
-----------
It might be a wise option to just keep using Windows, both on a different system, away from OSX???
My current Windows 10 laptop is still able to run like 2/3 more years...
* Of course I prefer running both on the same system, but I don't want to risk ruining my OSX, only because Windows becomes unstable again...
