PhotoStrream and Windows 10 - No Syncing

I would love to see iMore run an article on how to get Photostream and Windows to work properly. They just won't sync with each other. I have done everything I can find online - log out or iCloud, log back in, uninstall and reinstall iCloud, etc. Nothing, nada. Amazon Cloud photos works well for the upload from my phone to Amazon, but nothing with iCloud. Photostream works well with my other iDevices, iPad, Apple TV but not Windows. So maybe iMore will consider a help article for this frustrated Photostream user.

On a Windows computer

Install iCloud for Windows if it isn?t already installed on your computer.

Open iCloud for Windows, then turn on Photos.

Click Options, then turn on My Photo Stream.

Click Apply.
