Hi,
Unfortunately, I forget my icloud password and recovery key. How do I get new icloud password.

Welcome to iMore! Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and reset your password. You should be able to have an activation code sent to any devices you have listed as "trusted" in your account.

Did you follow the link? According to Apple, you need two of the three of the following:

1. Your Apple ID password
2. Access to one of your trusted devices
3. Your recovery key

If you're missing more than one of those your only option is to establish a brand new Apple ID and start from scratch.

yes i clicked on the link http://iforgot.apple.com then they ask me to type Apple ID.
After that, it start asking me to write Recovery Key (Which I forget) with this screen

By the way, I got my recovery key from email and my problem has resolved.
