Why is my 6 not letting me progress past the iCloud Drive?

my 6 is not moving from icloud drive

Had 5c got a 6 changed sim. the 6 won't let me progress past the icloud drive during set up

Welcome to iMore! What exactly is happening? Have you tried a hard reset? Reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo. You might also want to try using iTunes to restore your new iPhone and then setting it up again.
