Where did my iCloud upgrade go after a system update

On March 8 I purchased upgrade of iCloud to 50gb. My phone performed update on March 27, now all my ICloud 50gb storage info has been deleted from my phone at it looks like it has been reset to standard 5gb. My iCloud Drive appears empty. What the heck happened to my 1900 photos and account? Someone please help me!

Just try to sign out and then sign in to iCloud again with the ID you used to upgrade to 50 Gb.
If you made an iCloud backup all should be still there.
