I bought an ipod 5 off of craigslist. When I got home, the seller contacted me and said that I need to paypal him another $60. When I refused, he locked the ipod with the icloud thing and let me know, that when I paypal him another $60, he will unlock the ipod for me!! How can I remove the icloud lock??

Contact your local police. Neither you, me or anyone else here can bypass the iCloud activation lock without knowing the associated credentials. Period. Furthermore, who's to say that after you send the $60, the seller won't ask for another $60? For future reference, buy refurbished products from a carrier, the Apple Store or another reputable retail establishment.
