Why do I have two iCloud lists on my Mac's Reminder app?

I can't seem to figure out why I have 2 'iCloud' sections on the Mac reminders app, both contain the same items and stay in sync.

My reminders work as normal on my iPhone & iPad and enabling and disabling on the Mac made no difference.

I understand what you mean but on my 2015 MBA with EL Capitan this is what I have:
