Why can't I access iCloud?

Cannot access iCloud

Need to bring in printers. iCloud access box, after password entered, just spins endlessly. Unable to proceed.

Could you please elaborate? I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. You can't access iCloud at all, or just from a certain device?

You should not need "printers" for iCloud access. As long as the "printers" are connected to either your computer or your Wi-Fi network (and is AirPlay-compatible for iOS devices, you should be able to print whether an iCloud document or not.
