What are the GarageBand file sharing capabilities on iCloud?

GarageBand file sharing capabilities on ICloud

Same versions of IPad Airs and GarageBand apps, of two collaborating cousins of music files. He has also a MacBook, I have nothing but iPhone 6 and iPad Air. Can we share files using iCloud that we can both change and add tracks to?

You would both have to share the same Apple ID (not a good idea).
