iPad Air 2 blocked iCloud

Hi, I bought an ipad and when I plugged it on itunes it asks me a password to an email I do not know . Apple can not help me without bill because I bought it to an individual. How to do?

Your device is Activation Locked.., the only person that can do anything about it is the one who's AppleID the device wants the password for... If that is not the person who sold you the device, then there's nothing you can do other than get your money back from the person that sold you the device...and give them the paperweight back.

Talk to who you bought it from. Only way you can get it unlocked
