anyone has issues with iCloud and Outlook 2013?

Before the latest iTunes update, I am able to view my iCloud contacts via Outlook 2013.

After the latest update, I am no longer able to view contacts. Upon clicking the contacts, it gives the following pop up message

"The set of folders can not be opened. The information store could not be opened."

My iTunes is the latest version, iCloud is the same. I even attempted to repair iCloud and still problem persists. Outlook 2013 is on the latest update as well.

Anyone has this issue?

In a PC or Mac? Do you have iCloud control panel installed?
