multiple Contacts

When joining iCloud I linked my Outlook from home and Outlook from work and now I have multiple contacts because of linked Exchanges. Is there an easy way to straighten this out? When I use my phone in my auto with bluetooth it will sometimes show three contacts from the same person! It is a real pain. Any help is appreciated.

Not without merging them or turning off the contacts of one of the two email providers via Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendars. I would just have one contact list. I would know which of the contacts was business related and which were not.
