ICloud storage downgrade

Hi guys!
I need help because I want to downgrade my ICloud storage to the free 5 G and I have been trying to do so , unsuccessfully, for several days.
I follow the prompts but when I reach the end, when I have only to press the DONE button... I am unable to do so because it is unresponsive
Some ideas as to what should I do?

Same thing here, the DONE button is greyed out. It's only letting me go from the 25GB to the 10 GB.

Any clues?

Are you using more than 5 GB? If so, you won't be able to downgrade.

I'm having the same problem and I'm using less than 5 GB but I'm still unable to downgrade. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I've never purchased extra storage space in iCloud. I've been able to stay under 5 gb for years. So I don't really know. Maybe this info will help:
