Two apple ID's on one device

Hi everyone.

I apologize if this question has been asked already or it's the wrong place to ask.
So my question is if it's possible to use one apple id for app store and second for iCloud and its syncing services.
Little background to understand where I'm coming from: I use my primary ID on two phones already on both app store and iCloud and its frustrating enough already, I'm going to add new phone and use same ID in app store (for obvious reasons) and don't want to use same ID for iCloud because I don't want to have same contacts and notes... on every device but want them to be backed up to iCloud and synced to that particular device.

Any advice or solution? Thanks in advance.

Yes I actually have 3 iPhones all using same apple I'd and all have different apple is iCloud accounts .. After u set up phone go to settings ten iCloud and sign out of the your main I'd cuz it might be signed in automatically and then from in there create a new one and follow the steps
