iPhone for personal and business ????

I am starting a new job in December and do not want to have an iPhone for personal and a blackberry for business. I want to be able to use my iPhone for both. However, I DO NOT want my personal data from contacts, calendar etc. to end up on the corporate Exchange server.

Here is what I've got.

Personal:
MacBook pro with Mac OS X 10.6.8
iPhone 4 with 5.01
iPad 2 with 5.01

Office:
Outlook on Exchange
HP laptop with either XP or Windows 7 (not sure yet)

I am thinking I need to upgrade to Lion to use iCloud. Sync my iPhone and iPad with iCloud instead of iTunes. I want to include contacts, calendars, reminders, bookmarks, notes, photo stream, documents and Find my iPhone. Then setup, under mail, an exchange account on my iPhone an "turn on" mail contacts and calendar.

The big question is, how do I keep my personal data on iCloud only and not on the corporate server, and my work data off the iCloud and on the corporate server only.

Thanks!

If you setup iCloud and a separate Exchange for work on your iPhone it should sync each side by side and not mix them together. I do this and I haven't had any issues at all.
