    Default Setup problems

    I'm not sure what has happened but if iCloud is in service I can't make use of it. I have an Apple ID, I've changed the password four times. I'm told to check my email for the verification process but nothing ever arrives. I can't get into iCloud because my account hasn't been verified. I submitted the question to Apple but they don't respond. I'm ready to go back to the iPhone 4 and iOS 4. This has not been a good experience. The whole upgrade went poorly, when I installed the new iPhone it installed every app I ever had, most of which I had tried out and deleted. The more Apple tries to do everything the harder it gets. I've really had a bad time since the first day the phone was released. I called Apple twice and was disconnected both times.
