As more developers start supporting iCloud documents and data can be synced between the phone and computer and other iOS devices. For example iWork does that now - if you open a document in pages on your iPad and make changes, then you go open it on your computer, all the changes will be there automatically. Game progress, you current page in a book, etc.
iCloud's backups and email/contacts/calendar sync is just the beginning.
icloud is the latest software in which you can download on your iphone ,ipad and ipod touch.we can also play online casino on your own iphone, ipad and can win bonuses. The iphone supports the game of Tomb Raider
but can icloud back up exactly everything that a computer can? i want to also have a computer back up as well. when i went to turn the icloud back up option on it said "now won't back up on computer"
iCloud backup and backing up from a computer would do the exact same thing. One of the features that makes iCloud great is you don't even need to have a computer, because he cloud takes its place. So yes. Backing up with iCloud is the exact same as backing up on your computer.
they show up in an album called "photo stream" on the device(s). my favorite feature of photo stream is the ability to drag photos on my PC into the photo stream uploads folder and having them magically pushed to my 4S and iPad2. I LOVE not having to plug each device in and sync the pictures.
so if icloud only gives you 5.0GB of space and you have used 11.5 GB of space on your phone with all your music pictures apps ect you have to buy more space from icloud to hold all your data? you only get 5.0GB of space?
My husband and I have always used the same Apple ID for shared purchases and iPhone backups. Now, our iPhones are syncing to the same iCloud! What do we need to do?
We have this situation as well and our solution is this:
- Use same AppleID for itunes app purchases and syncing to the computer (itunes), this way we don't have to pay for the same app twice.
- Use 2 different AppleIDs when syncing to the cloud, yes, this is supported and it works. So we're backed up separately over the cloud and each have 5 gigs and our calendars etc.. doesn't get mixed up
