yessss Finally the new version of the web app Find my iPhone is live on iCloud.com! and it came with Find my Mac!

Dumb question...how do you turn on the Find my on the Mac?

From 9to5mac:

The user can turn the feature on in the iCloud control panel within system preferences and then their Macs will show up on iCloud.com.

Evidently, although it's "live," it isn't in the current release of Lion. We have to wait for the update.
