what is the difference in old mobileme and new?

i am going to purchase mobileme, and went on amazon.com to get it. they have some for 59.99 and some for 99.99. the only differecne i can find in the two is that one says "old" and one says "new". will this make a differece at all? i'm basically just wanting the activiation code from the disc anyway. if i get the old version will it still work? here are the links:
