What's the difference? As I expand my fitness from power lifting to being more centered and focusing on cardio. I was hoping to get some opinions and knowledge on these accessories. I'm aware of how to use a heart rate monitor and watch for fitness. I'm unsure of how all these other things can contribute or replace using a HRM when trying to reach my desired health and fitness goals. What do you recommend and say on the matter?
