Week 3: how did it go?

Well week three was a long week, giving you more time to meet your goal. :). So how did it go? I had a cardio goal, to use an increased pace for a longer period of time, that i achieved, and a weight traing goal that worked pnly in part. I seem to have hurt my left tricep and I've backed off on exercises that work the tricep. But I was able to achieve my goal in chest and leg exercises.

Good for you for reaching your goals! I went to the gym 4x and tried out the elliptical for the first time. Found it hits my quads more than my butt/hamstrings, as uphill walking does, so I wasn't too crazy about it, but it was nice for a change.
