week01day01: What have you done?
So I hit the gym at 10am today for 1hr of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu grappling. With CES and Macworld, while I've been walking a ton, I've missed most of my grappling all year.
That stops now.
So, one day done! Still have my Superfunctional program to do tonight.

What was it, how was it? " it went really good, Ussualy Take 1 Hour Cardio, Treadmill and Climbing or step Machine, and 1 Hour for weight trained, and Abd Exercise, Like Sit Up, Side Bend.. Lose 3 Kg since last 2 Month,
I started Work out since last 1 year, lose 15 Kg, My jean Size Was 36, and Now 32-33 Suit On me, waist size was 86 now decrease To 82, I Keep Work Out to get My Body in SHape..
