Water to crucial for better overall wellness to our bodies. Daily intake REALLY matters.

Do you use an application to help keep you on track for your daily intake? Or do you hate apps that are constantly reminding you to DRINK more!

I never really got into managing my water intake with a water tracking app. I simply just drank water... But by using an application it help me closely manage and track what I should be drinking and keeping me on par, which I was well below my daily intake with out knowing it.

Currently I am using WaterMinder, what do you use to track you daily intake?

YES! I don't monitor what I eat but I definitely monitor my water intake very closely. Started doing it about 2 years ago and have noticed that I rarely get sick and when I do, it is short lived. I'm just using the Fitbit app to track.

Used to drink a ton of soda and then decided to move to tea and then went to just drinking water. I rarely drink anything else now and don't really crave it.

On any given day, I drink between 120-150 oz of water. Yes, I pee alot.
