Do you use an application to help keep you on track for your daily intake? Or do you hate apps that are constantly reminding you to DRINK more!
I never really got into managing my water intake with a water tracking app. I simply just drank water... But by using an application it help me closely manage and track what I should be drinking and keeping me on par, which I was well below my daily intake with out knowing it.
