Personal Assistant, better known as Siri, comes in 19 languages as of this Guide which is easily changed in the Settings to accommodate the users' native spoken language.
How-to as follows:
Go into Settings>General>Siri and Tap on "Language" and you will see three Chinese, four English, three French, two German, two Italian, one Japanese, one Korean and three Spanish options.
Just tap the one you prefer. A checkmark will be placed beside it showing your choice. That's all there is to it.
