I'm guessing you want to import from hotmail to gmail?
Login to gmail, click the gear icon on the top right and hit settings, then accounts & import. Then click on "Import mail and contacts". From there should be self-explanatory.

Hello, there is one add-on named x-notifier , I hope that will help you to import the mails. But I haven't practice it so please let me know it worked or not.
