Is there a setting that I am not aware of for handling read receipts with GMail on the iPhone?
When I read and file an email from my iPhone that has a Read Receipt Request attached to it, it reports "Not Read". I've tried this both from my iPhone and from web based GMail and every time I move or archive the messages, they comes back as "Not Read".
This only happens with my work GMail account and not my personal account. I sent an email to both accounts and I received the "Not Read" receipt from the work account and nothing from the personal one.
This is not very helpful when reading customer/vendor email for work because even if I read the email, it reports "Not Read" which is not my intent. I assume this is a Google issue as it just started happening recently.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!!
