How to set up background image for the app listing in the App Store?

Hello,
I have recently noticed that some apps have a background image when reviewing them on the App Store. Some developers also have a customized background when you select "more by this develop" option (e.g. Adobe).
How to set such background on the App Store?

I thought your apps had background images. The ones I have viewed do. You also have a "more apps by" section. Can you be more specific about what you're talking about?
