I assume you can because I've seen both Twitter & Facebook links while viewing support pages for apps in the App Store.

zinstantz Member Nov 23, 2014 18 0 0 Visit site Nov 25, 2014 #3 Apple approved my app which has only facebook page as support site. I don't think they care that much as it is there for your own good; to communicate with your customer. I have seen many apps with broken support link.
