Can Twitter & Facebook pages be used as support pages when submitting iOS apps?

As part of the process to submit an app, Apple states that "You will also need to provide a URL to a support site or to your main website."

Could we use our Twitter or Facebook page?

I assume you can because I've seen both Twitter & Facebook links while viewing support pages for apps in the App Store.

Apple approved my app which has only facebook page as support site. I don't think they care that much as it is there for your own good; to communicate with your customer. I have seen many apps with broken support link.
