i am using Xcode and i couldn't find answers for some problems i have -

i want to stop all delayed selectors and all tasks (such as -[self performSelector
selector(some_selector) withObject:nil afterDelay:26.0] before they are performed. i am sure its by using something like one word. i tried "break" and "return".
2.
how can i "tell" the Xcode i am having four or five fingers on the screen at the same time?
is it something like - if (touch count>4)?
