I am almost ready to launch an app. I plan to launch it as a registered company.
Can anyone who has already sold apps as a company in California, please guide me on some basic queries of mine.
- What is a simplest form of company/entity that I can form to qualify as a registered app development company. ($99 option in app development process)
- Which one is a better option among the different types of registered LLCs possible for a better tax and future expansion point of view.
