Why am I unable to turn off Touch to return to navigation?

Why am I unable to turn off "Touch to return to navigation

It is flashing blue at the top of my screen. I drive and it navigates me everywhere...unable to close it.

You'd have to close the navigation app you're using to rid yourself of the reminder that it's running in the background... it's there because enough people got pi**sed off that they forgot navigation was running in the background using up battery, etc...

Go to Setting>Privacy>Location Service> Turn off location services >Turn off Share My location
Then Restart your lovely Iphone
