How do I reset my security questions when I forgot my original answers?

how to reset security questions when i forgot my original asnswers

i have forgotten my security question of the cloud account. when i try to change it ,it ask the answers of the previous questions.and there is no option to reset new questions on it.how can i change my security questions?
