Why am I unable to send a picture from my iPad?

I want to send a picture from my iPad but it will not work

the picture was synced from my computer and somehow the computer no longer has it so i would like to sync it back to my computer because it is blurry on the iPad and i would like to try and fix it but it will not sync back, nor can i email it

One option would be to make a copy of the picture and then use that as the file you sync back to your PC or email to yourself. Sometimes picture files may get corrupted and this is an alternative to try and access that image.
