I'm trying to ring number is saying please try again this number is no longer in use but it's ringing on watts app I sent message and it never failed do it mean it's blocked my number not sure wot to expect can someone help me please

You may be best helped via the WhatsApp support site regarding this matter. Having said that, can you not email the recipient to confirm their number?

I think the owner of the number blocked you. Try calling from a friends number to see if it gets answered.
