my fitbit flex will not sync, and i have tried all the trouble shooting

fitbit died last thursday and has not been the same since i charged it. It has a full charge, but will not sync with my phone or computer. I have tried all the troubleshooting and still nothing. What else can I do?

Did you select to forget the Fitbit in Settings > Bluetooth on your phone. If not, do this and pair again. This may solve the issue.
