Every time I sync my music it syncs but it didnt download

I just synced my music and it showed all the songs but I couldn't play the songs. I need an answer plz

Hi, welcome to iMore. Did you perchance enable  Music on your device? If so, have you enabled Cellular Data Usage for music?
Try listening to music while on WiFi.
