How can I retrieve lost contact information?

I change phone and lost many contacts , all of them did not download to the new phone. How can retrieve them ?

Welcome to iMore! Be sure in Settings > iCloud > Toggle on Contacts.
Also any other like Gmail or whatever. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts and Calendar > Gmail > Toggle on Contacts.

If it's already toggled on, try toggling off, choose "Delete from my iPhone", then toggle back on.
